Which businesses is it for?
Any business that talks to customers on WhatsApp and by phone: restaurants and cafés, beauty salons and barbers, clinics and dentists, shops, hotels and service companies. During setup we adapt the system to how you work.
When can I start using it?
idare.az is in early access. Join the waitlist: we bring businesses on in turn, and we'll get in touch when it's yours.

What do I need to get started?
A WhatsApp Business number for your business, your services or products with prices, your opening hours and how you take bookings and orders today. We handle the technical setup.
Does the voice agent answer my normal phone line?
The voice agent answers calls made to your business number through WhatsApp. If you also want calls to a regular phone line handled, tell us during setup and we'll talk through the options.
Which languages does it speak?
The chatbot replies in the language your customer writes in: Azerbaijani, Russian or English. The voice agent currently speaks Azerbaijani.
Will the AI make things up?
No. It only answers from the prices, services and rules you give us, and it never offers discounts or exceptions. Complaints, medical and allergy questions and large orders are handed to your team, and every booking waits for your team's approval.
